Robot equip CCD vision positioning system

Function：

1.Payload 5Kg,working radius 900mm,use imported grippers.
Flow Description:This case is steel forging,But there is a gap in the mold.Therefore, the product has to rely on human labor for 20 years.
We design mechanism with CCD for gap processing,Customers expect each product to be completed within 3 second.
Finally we training our equipment in 2.9 seconds for each product. The output value is about 13,000 per day.

2. Like human hands,4-axis robotic finds the gap.And 6-axis transfers the product on the forge machine for forging.

Feature：

1. This equipment has no PLC control,use the robot's own industrial PC for multitasking and connection to achieve this speed.
