Robotic with high-speed loading and unloading

Function：

1. Payload 5kg,working radius 900mm,4-axis horizontal transfer robotic,using imported grippers.
Payload 2kg,working radius 600mm,6-axis robot.
Flow Description:This case is steel forging.But there is a gap in the mold.Therefore, the product has to rely on human labor for 20 years.
We design mechanism for gap processing . Customers expect each product to be completed within 4 second.
Finally we training our equipment in 3.4 seconds for each product. The output value is about 10,000 per day.

2. Like human hands,4-axis robotic finds the gap.And 6-axis transfers the product on the forge machine for forging.

Feature：

1. This equipment has no PLC control,use the robot's own industrial PC for multitasking and connection to achieve this speed.

2. The application industry includes:aerospace industry,automotive Industry,food industry...etc.

3. This equipment was update with CCD system.Output can be increased by 25%.
