Injection molding product process (ZH900)
Function：
1:Payload 20Kg,working radius 900mm,equip with 60000 rpm spindle,automatic tool change,ABS material.
This project is injection molding's post process,mill injection port and drill hole then tap it.
2:6 axis industrial robotic have high degree of freedom.This equipment replace 4 CNC machines,production efficiency is 400% of CNC.Process mode can be use teach point or CAM to make toolpath data for robotic.This case was planning by KUKA,but customer required accuracy need to be within 0.05mm,KUKA think this assessment will fail,so customer choose Staubli robotic.

2:Can match with floating grinding tool,deburring and grinding,Stäubli Robotics(IP54),not affected by the environment.
