Robotic match with CCD for full quality inspection
Function：
1. Payload 7kg,working radius 1200mm,equipped with special gripper.
Flow description:product needs to do fully quality inspection.Product on the tray all place around robotic,it can automatic open and close drawer,and put the device under test under the CCD to scan.After that, robotic put product back the tray if OK.
If product NG ,robotic will take the product on the NG tray behind the robotic.
Robot can work all around inspection area 360 degree for 24 hours.
2. This 6 axis robotic is close to no dead angle.
Operating mode:teach point.
Control unit:industrial computer with communication module.

1. Customer's capacity planning needs 2800/pcs per day.This robot maximum speed at load gravity center has 11.1 m/s,only Staubli's robot can make it.
